John C. Sullivan is the founder of the firm. He represents clients in a variety of legal matters, including real estate, wills, trusts & estates, and business law.
Mr. Sullivan’s real estate practice includes representing purchasers, sellers and lenders in residential real estate transactions. He has handled thousands of residential real estate closings during his career. His real estate practice also includes representing parties to commercial real estate transactions and negotiating commercial and residential real estate leases. Mr. Sullivan’s wills, trusts & estates practice includes counseling clients with respect to a variety of estate planning issues; drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney and other instruments designed to meet estate planning needs; and representing executors and administrators of estates in probate and administration matters. Mr. Sullivan’s business practice includes representing clients in a variety of business matters. He has particular experience representing software development and other technology companies in connection with licensing, hosting and related technology law matters. Prior to founding John C. Sullivan P.C. in 1992, Mr. Sullivan was an Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. He received his law degree from New York Law School in 1988. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association. |
