Tom, a licensed agent since 2005, served as an editor at the Journal News daily newspapers for nine years. So he has extensive knowledge of the varied communities in Westchester and Putnam counties. Those analysis skills pay off regarding property taxes. Tom has successfully helped in the grievance of property taxes.
Among Tom’s expertise are new construction, historic homes, condominiums and rentals. Since he has rented his own properties, Tom can manage properties for property owners. Tom always stays up on the latest technology in his effort to find the best deal for his clients. That expertise on cameras, computers and various software are crucial in providing the fastest and comprehensive service. His career as an online editor, including Consumer Reports, also provides him with valuable Internet skills, including research and marketing. The longtime experience editing at newspapers and magazines, including the New York Daily News and Mutual Funds magazines, offers invaluable writing expertise. Tom has been a Chappaqua resident since 1991.
In addition to being a member of men’s wood bat baseball leagues in Connecticut and New Jersey, Tom participates in the annual 100 inning baseball game in Boston to benefit ALS research. Tom also officiates four sports at the high school level as well as travel and recreation leagues. He umpires baseball, referees soccer and girl’s baseball and is an off-ice official for high school hockey.
